English for Sales and Purchasing

English for Sales and Purchasing is a comprehensive course designed for individuals working in sales and purchasing who want to improve their English language skills. The course covers a range of topics including:

  • Vocabulary related to sales and purchasing such as product descriptions, pricing, and negotiations

  • Grammar and sentence structures used in sales and purchasing communication, including writing emails, proposals, and contracts

  • Business English for sales and purchasing, such as how to communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, make presentations, and attend meetings

  • Telephone and email communication, including taking orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates

  • Cultural awareness and understanding the different communication styles and expectations of clients and suppliers from different countries or backgrounds.

Throughout the course, students will engage in interactive activities and real-life scenario discussions to enhance their fluency and confidence in using English in a sales and purchasing setting. Role-plays and simulations will be used to provide students with practice in common sales and purchasing situations such as communicating with clients and suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and closing deals. By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals. They will also be able to understand and interpret sales and purchasing-specific terminology, and have a sense of cultural awareness of different communication styles and customer and supplier expectations.

The course will also cover the writing skills necessary for the industry such as writing emails, proposals, and contracts. The course will cover the grammar and sentence structures used in the industry for writing emails, proposals, and contracts.

The course will be conducted by our experienced English instructors who are familiar with the sales and purchasing industry terminology. The teachers will use their experience to provide real-life examples and practical tips for students to apply their learning in the real world.

Upon completion of the course, students will have the language skills necessary to excel in their careers in sales and purchasing, and will be able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals. They will also have a sense of cultural awareness of different communication styles and customer and supplier expectations.
