English for Customer Care

English for Customer Care is a course designed for individuals working in customer service or support roles who want to improve their English language skills. The course focuses on developing the key language skills needed for effective communication with customers, including:

  • Vocabulary and expressions related to customer service, such as greetings, apologies, and problem-solving

  • Grammar and sentence structures used in customer interactions

  • Telephone and email communication, including active listening, effective questioning, and providing clear and concise information

  • Understanding and interpreting customer needs and handling complaints

  • Cultural awareness and understanding the different communication styles and expectations of customers from different countries or backgrounds.

The course will use interactive activities, role-plays, and real-life scenario discussions to enhance students' fluency and confidence in using English in customer service situations. By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience. The course will help students to be able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
